Alongside her professional work, Grace is actively involved in industry leadership and community support. She serves on the Board of RICS Matrics UK, shaping national initiatives for early-career surveyors, and was previously an Associate Board Member of LionHeart, the RICS benevolent fund.
Sustainability is central to her approach: she holds SAIL (Sustainability and Inclusive Leadership) certification through Nottingham Trent University and is Carbon Literate, trained in practical, evidence-based carbon reduction.
